We strive to process and ship all orders for standard product in 1-2 business days. If you need to change or cancel your order, please let us know immediately. We will gladly make every effort to process the change/cancellation provided your order has not entered the shipping process. If your order has already been shipped, it will be considered a return and the cost to send it back will be your responsibility. In order to request a cancellation or change to your order, please call 802-262-6018. To ensure timely processing of your change/cancellation, please do not send your request via email.
Missing or damaged pieces does not constitute a return. Take the time to do a complete inventory of all the parts in your kit by measuring and identifying them as they are listed on the parts list. If you find some pieces missing or damaged, it is our policy to happily send necessary replacement parts free on charge only once, otherwise there will be a service charge to handle any future adjustments of missing/damaged parts.There is no need to return the kit. In order to ensure you receive the correct piece(s), please quote directly from your instruction parts list the quantity of missing/damaged item(s), the item number and/or name, plus all dimensions and details listed. You can either email the information to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 802-262-6018 2PM – 5PM EST Monday – Thursday. We are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. All items must be new, unopened and returned in their original packaging. You MUST receive authorization from us before returning any items. If you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, your store credit/exchange may be delayed. Please email us at email@example.com to receive an RMA#.
If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part or all of your order, you will be responsible for the original shipping, as well as the return shipping costs. All returns must be sent PREPAID – NO COD’s ACCEPTED. We highly recommend sending the product via UPS or FedEx so you have a way to track the return. You are responsible for the product until it reaches our warehouse. Without a tracking number, we will not be able to verify if the return has been received. All returns should be sent to Real Good Toys, Returns Dept., 122 Gallison Hill Road - Unit 1, Montpelier, VT 05602-8822. The RMA# must be written on the box. Please include a copy of the original invoice and the reason for the return.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all products returned.
Real Good Toys Inc. will issue a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase, less any applicable fees.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, the package and its contents will be replaced by the carrier. Sorry, but no refunds are issued on lost packages. We will replace the lost merchandise and ship the same as the original shipment.
In the unlikely event that your package is misdirected while in transit, the original package will be routed to you, the receiver, as quickly as possible by the carrier. No order may be cancelled, refused or returned due to the routing error. A replacement will not be shipped unless we are notified by the carrier that the package is not able to be located. In this instance, it becomes a Lost Package and will be replaced by the carrier.
Real Good Toys Inc. can and will ship via Next Day Air, 2-Day Air or 3-Day Select at the request of a customer. Real Good Toys Inc. cannot be held responsible if the package does not arrive at the destination by the specified date, therefore orders may not be returned, cancelled or refused due the delay in delivery. By placing an order with Real Good Toys Inc., the customer agrees that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather or other conditions. We make every effort to ensure that orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Please be aware that it is our policy to confirm website orders requesting expedited shipping before shipment.
Wrong Item Received
Real Good Toys Inc. strives to ensure orders are filled correctly, but our staff is human and mistakes sometimes happen. If we shipped you the wrong item(s), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 802-262-6018 to request a UPS Call Tag. We will issue the Call Tag and ship you the correct item at no additional cost to you.
Orders being shipped to any destination outside the 48 contiguous United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Am Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands will be charged the exact shipping costs. This charge is based on the size and weight of the package(s) and is determined on a per order basis.
All international orders are accepted online and will be calculated using UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping or UPS Standard Ground to Canada unless you choose a faster delivery time. If you would rather inquire about product availability and shipping costs, please email us at email@example.com. Please include in the email the model number, quantity and the address we will be shipping to. We will email you a shipping cost estimate, for your approval. Due to the fluctuation of fuel surcharges, it is impossible to obtain a 100% accurate estimate of shipping costs until such time the order is packed and processed for delivery. All price quotes will be given in US Dollars only. Please be aware that it is our policy to confirm all international website orders before shipment. Shipping costs do not include duty, tax or brokerage fees, these will be due prior to or at the time of delivery and is your responsibility as the consignee.

If you are not satisfied with your order, unopened boxes may be returned within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or credit for the cost of the item. All returns must be preauthorized by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware if you are purchasing a product with “Free Shipping”, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your return. We do not accept C.O.D.
