Real Good Toys Inc. is dedicated to bringing you quality items and we stand behind our products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your order, unopened boxes may be returned within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or credit for the cost of the item. All returns must be preauthorized by emailing email@example.com. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware if you are purchasing a product with “Free Shipping”, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return. We do not accept C.O.D.
If you have purchased a dollhouse kit and have found some pieces missing or damaged, we will happily replace those parts at no cost to you ONE TIME. If you find subsequent pieces that need to be replaced, there will be a service charge based upon parts needed. Missing or damaged pieces does not constitute a return. In order to ensure you receive the correct piece(s), please quote directly from your instruction parts list. We will need the kit or model number, the quantity, the part number and/or name, and the full description of the piece(s) you need, including measurements. We want to make sure you get what you need the first time. You can either email the information to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 802-262-6018 from 9am – 5pm EST Monday – Friday.
If an item(s) is damaged upon receipt, please keep the merchandise in the packaging it came in and notify Real Good Toys for further instructions.
We cannot accept returns of “Bargain Basement” or closeout items, shingle dye, catalogs or patterns.

Warranty Policy for Replacement Parts
Real Good Toys, Inc. offers you a warranty on any missing or broken parts up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
The warranty only covers replacement parts for dollhouses that we currently sell.
The warranty does not cover damage due to moisture.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage by customer misuse, improper care or alterations.
