How to become a Real Good Toys Dollhouse Dealer

In order to establish a wholesale account, you must supply us with your state's necessary business documentation, such as your sales tax ID number. We have a first time order minimum of 6 kits totaling $500 or more. You can also include products from our "Finished" line of dollhouses in your first order, but they do not count towards this minimum. Real Good Toys extends limited credit on a N30 basis to customers who provide us with satisfactory miniature industry trade references. Open credit terms will be considered after 4 transactions. In order to purchase from us and/or apply for credit, our Credit Application must be completed in full, signed and returned. We accept MC/Visa/AMEX and require all opening orders to be pre-paid by credit card or bank check. No COD’s. We will also ship directly to your customer for your convenience, but please be aware there are fees involved with this service and we cannot extend any discounts to drop ship orders. At Real Good Toys, we refer to online only dealers as “E-tailers”. In order to establish an e-tail account, you must supply us with your states necessary business documentation, such as your sales tax ID number. We also require your web and e-mail addresses, a credit card number to keep on file, and a completed Online Sales Application. We accept MC/VISA/AMEX.  Real Good Toys will happily drop ship your orders to your customers. Please note there are fees involved for this service. We cannot extend any discounts to drop-ship orders.  Bargain Basement and Monthly Special pricing is not available to etailers.  All of this information, including shipping information, is outlined in more detail in our E-tailer package. Real Good Toys offers many ways for retailers to maximize profits. As a retailer, you know your customers count on your expert advice and construction support throughout their dollhouse assembly project. They have the potential of becoming your long time, valued customer. With that in mind, Real Good Toys has many buying opportunities with our Dollhouse Deal of the Week and periodic e-mail specials available only to our retailers. Items in our Bargain Basement are discounted even further only to our retailers.  We also send Wholesale e-Newsletters with up to date product information and items of interest. These special offers are not available to e-tailers. We have an up to date in house store referral system for phone inquiries and a store finder on the website that allows us to steer customers from your area to your business. The Lilliput® dollhouse line of kits are exclusively produced for and sold only to store front retailers.  Retailers who operate websites may also offer them on their websites as long as they also have a physical retail business location.  In addition, Real Good Toys has established MAP (Minimum Advertised price) pricing for the Lilliput® dollhouse line. MAP pricing cannot be lower than 20% below MSRP.  We strongly suggest taking the time to become familiar with and knowledgeable about our products.
