Victoria's Farmhouse Finished Dollhouse Model makes a great gift for any occasion!  These dollhouses are built by expert craftsmen, using only high quality materials and features 3/8 inch MDF exterior walls with clapboards milled directly into them, silk-screened non-working windows with shutters, a working front door and stained shingles.  The 1 inch scale Victoria's Farmhouse Finished Model is painted on the exterior and unfinished on the interior.  Perfect for someone who wants to decorate the interior without have the project of building the dollhouse from a kit.  You'll simply remove this dollhouse from the box (special unpacking instructions are attached to the box) and start decorating and furnishing any way you choose!  The two-story porch provides great decorating space too.  Colors are as shown in the photo.  Not recommended for children under the age of 13.

This dollhouse must be shipped via Freight Carrier.  You must be home to accept delivery and off-load the dollhouse from the tractor trailer.  Inside delivery is not available.  This item can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous states.
