Introducing the NEW Beachside Bungalow dollhouse kit.  This 1 inch scale dollhouse is smaller than the Classic Bungalow but has many of the same details.  This new, unfinished dollhouse kit is available at an affordable price everyone will love! 

The Beachside Bungalow Dollhouse Kit Classic Features Include:

  • Sturdy Construction features clapboards milled directly into 1/4 inch thick MDF with 3/8 inch thick room dividers and upper floor

  • Outstanding detail include simple, easy to follow, step-by-step assembly instructions with expertly drafted illustrations

Milled MDF (MM)

The 3/8” clapboard profile is milled into the surface of the medium density fiberboard (MDF) exterior walls.

Having the clapboard siding already milled into the exterior walls makes your assembly easier, because the siding is built-in and ready to paint.

* Paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.
**Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
