Large 3-Story Miniatures Showcase Classic Features:

  • Complete Unfinished Kit
  • Sturdy 3/8" thick, MDF grooved construction
  • 3/4" thick, solid White Pine trim has splined* connections for added strength
  • Sliding clear acrylic front panels are easily removable for cleaning
  • Adjustable room sizes - 3 dividers are provided for each level
  • Room dividers do not have to be permanently placed
  • 7/8" valance below each floor offers indirect lighting opportunity (as shown)
  • Notched floors simplify future wiring and electrification slots make wiring easy
  • Milled clapboard side walls are ready to paint
  • Hand-split octagonal wooden shingles are included for the Mansard roof
  • Designed especially to fit ExtraBrite© LED interior lighting and you would need approximately 48 inches per level to complete as shown
  • This kit ships in 2 cartons

*Spline - A think strip of wood fitted & glued between 2 grooves provide an extremely solid glue joint

Milled MDF (MM)

The 3/8” clapboard profile is milled into the surface of the medium density fiberboard (MDF) exterior walls.

Having the clapboard siding already milled into the exterior walls makes your assembly easier, because the siding is built-in and ready to paint.

* Paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.
**Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.

NOTE: All dimensions listed on this website indicate the overall dimensions of each dollhouse including items that protrude, such as porches and roof cresting.
