This Finished Farmhouse Dollhouse Model is delightful!  These dollhouses are built by expert craftsmen, using only high quality materials, features sturdy 3/8 inch MDF exterior walls with clapboards milled directly into them, durable gingerbread trim, silk-screened non-working windows with shutters, a working front door and stained shingles.  The 1 inch scale Finished Vermont Farmhouse Dollhouse Model is painted on the exterior and unfinished on the interior which means, you simply take it out of the box, attach one piece of gingerbread and start decorating and furnishing the 7 rooms with paint, wallpaper, furniture, carpeting or anything you can imagine - it's your choice!  The porch provides great decorating space too. The dollhouse measures 24 3/16"W x 17 1/8"D x 29 7/8"H.  Colors are as shown in the photo.  Not recommended for children under the age of 13.  Created in Vermont, Manufactured in Thailand.

Milled MDF (MM)

The 3/8” clapboard profile is milled into the surface of the medium density fiberboard (MDF) exterior walls.

Having the clapboard siding already milled into the exterior walls makes your assembly easier, because the siding is built-in and ready to paint.
