This "Shell" dollhouse kit includes only the house body. Shell kits do not include the detailed Houseworks brand components which are sold separately.

Smooth Plywood (SP)
The exterior walls are smooth with no siding or textured profile. Smooth Plywood kits offer you the opportunity to be creative with your finish … such as using stone, brick, stucco, shingle or multiple finishes. Some people like to create ornately painted dollhouses, with vines and greenery “growing” on the side walls and the SP option is best for doing that. There should be no limits to your imagination.
