Enjoy the enchanting simplicity of this space saving, front-opening gable cottage.  The Lilliput® Raspberry Parfait front-opening design dollhouse kit is perfect for keeping the dust and pets out!

The Raspberry Parfait dollhouse, as pictured below, was customized using the following Lilliput® components: (5) #2060 Lilliput® Louvered Windows, (1) #1119 Lilliput® Oval Light Door, (1) #4017 Lilliput® Interior Staircase Kit and 1000 shingles.

The Two-Story Gable Wing addition kit, pictured with the upgraded Raspberry Parfait dollhouse kit, was customized using the following Lilliput® components: (2) #2060 Lilliput® Louvered Windows and 350 shingles.

For 1" scale dollhouses, 1" equals 1 Foot (1:12)

Milled MDF (MM)

The 3/8” clapboard profile is milled into the surface of the medium density fiberboard (MDF) exterior walls.

Having the clapboard siding already milled into the exterior walls makes your assembly easier, because the siding is built-in and ready to paint.

Smooth Plywood (SP)

The exterior walls are smooth with no siding or textured profile. Smooth Plywood kits offer you the opportunity to be creative with your finish … such as using stone, brick, stucco, shingle or multiple finishes. Some people like to create ornately painted dollhouses, with vines and greenery “growing” on the side walls and the SP option is best for doing that. There should be no limits to your imagination.

**Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
