The Lilliput® Cherrydale dollhouse kit is terrific for someone looking to customize and create their dream dollhouse!

The Cherrydale dollhouse, as pictured below, was customized using the following Lilliput® components: (5) #2060 Lilliput® Louvered Windows, (2) #3002L Lilliput® Porch Posts, (1) #3032 Assembled Porch Rails, (2) #2050 Window Boxes with Flowers, (1) #1119 Lilliput® Oval Light Door, (1) #5260 Victorian Lace Decorative Trim, (1) #5403 45 Degree Angled Chimney, (1) #4017 Lilliput® Interior Staircase Kit and (2) bags of Fishscale Shingles (takes approx. 1200 shingles).

The Gable Wing addition kit, pictured with the upgraded Cherrydale dollhouse kit, was customized using the following Lilliput®  Components: (1) #2060 Lilliput®  Louvered Window and (1) bag of Fishscale Shingles (takes approx. 200 shingles).

For 1" scale dollhouses, 1" equals 1 Foot (1:12)

Milled MDF (MM)

The 3/8” clapboard profile is milled into the surface of the medium density fiberboard (MDF) exterior walls.

Having the clapboard siding already milled into the exterior walls makes your assembly easier, because the siding is built-in and ready to paint.

Smooth Plywood (SP)

The exterior walls are smooth with no siding or textured profile. Smooth Plywood kits offer you the opportunity to be creative with your finish … such as using stone, brick, stucco, shingle or multiple finishes. Some people like to create ornately painted dollhouses, with vines and greenery “growing” on the side walls and the SP option is best for doing that. There should be no limits to your imagination.

**Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
