The Montclair dollhouse kit is a graceful blend of traditional and contemporary colonial designs.  Its shuttered windows and gracious entry are accented with bold mouldings and delicate trim.  The steep angle of the gable roof, along with the gable inset and oval window, adds a distinctively dramatic touch to its timeless beauty.

The Montclair Dollhouse Kit Classic Features Include:

  • The kit does not include shingles. If you wish to shingle the Montclair, you will need approx. 1650 shingles (3/4 shingle x 3/4 reveal)
  • The Montclair below is shown pictured with the 602 Montclair Porch, 603M Montclair Conservatory and 604 Montclair 2-Story Wing Addition. Each unit is sold separately
  • This kit is shipped in two (2) boxes

For 1" scale dollhouses, 1" equals 1 Foot (1:12)

Milled Plywood (MP)

The 3/8” clapboard profile is milled into the surface of the cabinet grade plywood exterior walls.

Smooth Plywood (SP)

The exterior walls are smooth with no siding or textured profile. Smooth Plywood kits offer you the opportunity to be creative with your finish … such as using stone, brick, stucco, shingle or multiple finishes. Some people like to create ornately painted dollhouses, with vines and greenery “growing” on the side walls and the SP option is best for doing that. There should be no limits to your imagination.

* Paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.
**Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.

NOTE: All dimensions listed on this website indicate the overall dimensions of each dollhouse including items that protrude, such as porches and roof cresting.
