The Thornhill dollhouse kit is a masterpiece!  With 14 spacious rooms, the dollhouse opens on all four sides and is two rooms deep.  Just imagine what kind of decorating you could do with all that space.

The Thornhill Dollhouse Kit Classic Features Include:

  • Sturdy Construction features 3/8 inch thick cabinet grade plywood
  • 3/8 inch thick upper floors
  • 5 opening panels allows access from all sides
  • Movable room dividers accept standard doors
  • The shell kit includes: Quoins (pre-cut, mitered corner blocks), Dentis Trim for front gable, Chimneys, Front Steps, Hinges  and Magnets
  • Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings
  • 10" Floor to ceiling height
  • Photo shows shells kit with 9002 components added
  • The 9001 Shell and 9002 Components are sold separately (see below)

For 1" scale dollhouses, 1" equals 1 Foot (1:12)

Smooth Plywood (SP)

The exterior walls are smooth with no siding or textured profile. Smooth Plywood kits offer you the opportunity to be creative with your finish … such as using stone, brick, stucco, shingle or multiple finishes. Some people like to create ornately painted dollhouses, with vines and greenery “growing” on the side walls and the SP option is best for doing that. There should be no limits to your imagination.

* Paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.
**Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
