The East Side Townhouse dollhouse kit resembles the Brownstone homes built in the 1860's.  Lots of charm and fun to decorate.  The bay front can be assembled with the bay set up or down...you get to choose!

Smooth Plywood (SP)

The exterior walls are smooth with no siding or textured profile. Smooth Plywood kits offer you the opportunity to be creative with your finish … such as using stone, brick, stucco, shingle or multiple finishes. Some people like to create ornately painted dollhouses, with vines and greenery “growing” on the side walls and the SP option is best for doing that. There should be no limits to your imagination.

**Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
