The 31 Inch Gazebo Wraparound Porch kit is simply striking!  Made for our 1000 Series New Concept dollhouse kits, this kit could be adaptable to many other dollhouses as well.  The fancy turnpost and gingerbread really make this porch stand out.  Your decorating options are limitless!

The 31 Inch Gazebo Wraparound Porch Kit Classic Features Include:

  • Precision Workmanship - engineered parts pre-cut to really work**
  • Durable gingerbread trim is 1/8 inch thick
  • Fancy, turned porch posts
  • Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings
  • 8 1/2 inch floor to ceiling height
  • This porch can be used on the LEFT or RIGHT side of your dollhouse.  This is determined by looking at the front of your dollhouse
  • Shingles not included but can be purchased separately

1 Inch Scale

For 1" scale dollhouses, 1" equals 1 Foot (1:12)

* Paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.
**Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
