The 31 inch dollhouse Wraparound Porch kit is perfect for customizing any dollhouse.  This kit wraps to the left, when looking at your dollhouse from the front, and was originally produced to work with all 1000 Series New Concept dollhouse kits.  Let your imagination guide you - the decorating possibilities are endless!

The 31 Inch Dollhouse Wraparound Porch Kit Classic Features Include:

  • Precision Workmanship - engineered parts pre-cut to really work**
  • Durable gingerbread trim is 1/8 inch thick
  • Fancy, turned porch posts
  • Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings
  • 9 7/16 inch floor to ceiling height
  • This porch can only be used on the left side of a house
  • Shingles not included but can be purchased separately

For 1" scale dollhouses, 1" equals 1 Foot (1:12)

* Paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.
**Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
