The Foxhall 2-story wing addition dollhouse kit is the perfect way to expand your Foxhall Manor dollhouse and it features a roof-top patio!  The Foxhall 2-story wing addition can be built to fit either the left or right side of your dollhouse.  The kit includes the columns and decorative rails to match your Foxhall Manor.

The Foxhall 2-Story Wing Addition Dollhouse Kit Classic Features Include:

  • Complete Kit includes everything you need to finish as shown*
  • Precision Workmanship - engineered parts pre-cut to really work**
  • 3/8 inch thick upper floors
  • Fully assembled railings and front door (with interior trim)
  • Can be built to fit either the right or left side 
  • Pre-assembled window with interior trim

  • Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings
  • 10 1/8 inch floor to ceiling height 

1 Inch Scale

For 1" scale dollhouses, 1" equals 1 Foot (1:12)

Milled Plywood (MP)

The 3/8” clapboard profile is milled into the surface of the cabinet grade plywood exterior walls.

Smooth Plywood (SP)

The exterior walls are smooth with no siding or textured profile. Smooth Plywood kits offer you the opportunity to be creative with your finish … such as using stone, brick, stucco, shingle or multiple finishes. Some people like to create ornately painted dollhouses, with vines and greenery “growing” on the side walls and the SP option is best for doing that. There should be no limits to your imagination.

* Paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.
**Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
