The Montclair dollhouse addition kit is a beautiful way to complete the Montclair dollhouse kit. The 3-story addition goes on the right side only (when looking from the front). The gabled hip roof of the wing creates a spacious third floor attic!

The exterior walls are smooth with no siding or textured profile. Smooth Plywood kits offer you the opportunity to be creative with your finish … such as using stone, brick, stucco, shingle or multiple finishes. Some people like to create ornately painted dollhouses, with vines and greenery “growing” on the side walls and the SP option is best for doing that. There should be no limits to your imagination.
