The Montclair Conservatory is an elegant addition made especially for the Montclair Dollhouse. It includes an extra high 11 1/4 inch ceiling and 18-light windows! This conservatory also works well with many of our New Concept Collection dollhouse kits.
The Montclair Conservatory Addition Dollhouse Kit Classic Features Include:
- Complete Kit includes everything you need to finish as shown*
- Precision Workmanship - engineered parts pre-cut to really work**
- Fully assembled railings and front door with interior trim
- Durable gingerbread trim is 1/8 inch thick
- Window kits include interior trim
- Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings
- 18 Light windows are assembled
- A wall liner is included, so you can attach the Conservatory to a dollhouse with a finished exterior, to create a smooth interior wall
- Can be built to fit either the right or left side
- Extra high 11 1/4 inch floor-to-ceiling height

Stucco Finish
In a Stucco kit the exterior walls are smooth and formulated stucco mix is included in the kit. When you combine the stucco mix with your choice of paint, it creates a textured exterior finish.
