Both are redeemable from the Real Good Toys’ Company Store online or by Toll Free phone orders. No additional fees apply. Both will include an explanation that the gift is from you, your message, a link to our website and instructions on how to redeem it.

Gift Certificate Rules:

• Real Good Toys Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law). Please treat gift cards like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Due to special processing requirements, gift certificates may not be purchased in conjunction with other merchandise.
• The amount of the gift is deducted from the recipient’s order total which may include Shipping/Processing charges.
• Coupons and discounts may not be used toward the purchase of a gift certificate.
• Gift certificates may only be redeemed from the Real Good Toys company store either by an online or phone order.
• If the applied gift certificate amount is greater then the recipient’s purchase total, the unused portion will be saved as a credit for a future purchase.
• If the applied gift certificate amount is less then the recipient’s purchase total, the remainder must be paid for with a valid credit card at the time of purchase.
